Pattern Name: Owl by Kate Davies | Recipient: kiddo |
Size: Small | Recipient: me |
Needle size – 9 US/5.5MM for ribbing 10.5 US/6.5MM for the rest | Gauge: as called for in pattern |
Yarn: MadelineTosh Triple Twist (Aran) in Tart/100% superwash merino Notion: 11MM coconut shell buttons | Yardage Used: 640 yards |
Notes: I made the torso a few inches longer than called for or on kiddo it would have been nearly cropped. Which is a bit odd because she’s fairly short torso’d, so maybe keep an eye on that. She only wanted buttons on the front. And she wanted this to be a comfy/cozy and layering sweater, so not as tight as usual.
